I've added a number of new features to the photo gallery.

• In the event, venue and name views photos sort by how they've been rated by users, i.e. the best photos show first (except if there is an event poster - the poster will always come first).
• Event posters are excluded from the "most viewed" view now so the "most viewed" listing is a better representation of which pictures have been looked at the most.
• In the "top picks" and "most viewed" views you can now view by years so you can see the best and most popular pictures for each year we have pictures right back to 1985. 
• The ranking algorythm has been changed slightly to ((?N*|N|)+(?P*|P|)/(|N?P|) from ((?N/|N|)+(?P/|P|)/(|N?P|)
