Come one! Come all to The Dusty Flowerpot Cabaret's Third Thursday Cabaret. Prepare yourself for a social soiree of theatrical smishmoosh, multimedia & clownery, hosted by artists and friends of the DFC in our cozy studio theatre at the back of "The Artiste" building.

The Third Thursday Cabaret is an open stage for established and/or up-and-coming artists to showcase new works and test out new material in front of an eager audience. The show is uncurated, based on first-come, first-served basis, so you'll never know what's coming up next!

Support the DFC with your ticket fee! Third Thursday is *also* a fundraiser to help with the operating costs of the Dusty Flower Shop; the space used to produce the Parade of Lost Souls and support many other artists.

Children are Welcome. Some acts may be 19+

THE FINE PRINT
Third Thursday Cabaret is a fundraising effort to help in the management of the Dusty Flower Shop studio space. You don't have to be an artist, performer or enthusiastic theatre goer to attend - all are welcome. Come join the fun, take in a round of exciting and creative performances, and help raise funds for the studio!

Since this is a fundraiser for the studio space, all performances will be voluntary. This is a great opportunity to showcase new works, try material on audiences, and support the DFC.

Applications for performing artists are accepted on a first come first serve basis and there can be no more than 10 total performers per night (that's 10 for the whole cabaret, not per group). The restriction on total performers is due to the small capacity of the studio. The only rules are: you can't repeat yourself; all acts should be 5 minutes in length; minimal tech and little to no set-up; you can't repeat yourself!

We require you to fill out one application per piece submitted. As we like to encourage a variety of performers, you can perform in 3 cabarets in a row and then you will be placed on a waitlist for the fourth, but will likely be added to the fifth month's cabaret (3 on, 1 off).

If you have any questions, add them to the "Additional Information" portion of the form and we will follow up as soon as we are able.

If you don't hear from us within a week of submitting an application, please email us at cabaret.dfc@gmail.com. It may be that we didn't get your original form.

We look forward to playing together.
