UTF-8

I've updated the back end code to fully support UTF-8. This was done primarily to support accented characters (like the é in my middle name!)and other special characters like £,€,?,? etc. -- but this also adds something that may be of interest in this forum: ???????????????????????????

That's a bit complicated. The one I used (which was the Hebrew extensions in the standard Arial font) kernels from right to left, but if your computer isn't set to input Hebrew it keeps trying to go from left to right for other things so the behaviour of the cursor can be a little wierd. The web page will automatically left-justify posts so you have to remember to right-justify the text, but there is a button for that above the input window.
