for some sites if you dont add the https:// first it will look for it on the origional site not an outside one.
argghhh it keeps doing it, well just when wanting to view it remove the https:// in your address box....
i do website design, skins, icons, graphics, gifs, and more. I have a large portfolio, any portfolio that has a warning before the viewing is rated R or for mature audiences. Portfolio contains: life drawing, misc, skins, graphics, origional anime, websites, custom, current projects and more. Flash and Shockwave are used in applications and on the site.
