What's the point of all the "Under Construction" nonsense? Of course it is under construction - what web site isn't? This one has been "under construction" for nearly 10 years now. There's always something else to do. I'd be a lot less amateurish if you just presented what you've got without placeholders and apologies and build as you go. Don't link to empty pages with placeholder text, wait to link to them when they are done.
