Hello, I'm living in México and have been involved into the Gothic culture since I was very young. Mostly old school I would say, although I enjoy the new wave synthpop, electronic. Currently I'm working for the video game industry as a programmer/developer and I'm planning to work there, in Vancouver.

Just wondering if anyone knows how goth friendly of a city Vancouver is, or if there are certain areas that are better. What I mean by this is the extent to which gothic people are hassled by the majority of the population, verbal insults or physical violence. I live in a city in southern Alberta called Lethbridge and it's not a very goth place, lots of jerks and close minded people here.

i discover the forum while searching for a good industrial club.. that i didn't find ;)

i hope that, with the forum's help, i'll find the underground scene of vancouver.
