so i had a picture taken of a friend and i on a random sanctuary night,(no special event) . does GBC ever post those sanctuary pictures ?

Yes, if I was there taking pictures, definitely. If it was somebody else then it is up to them to upload the pictures.

There are pictures of Sanctuary in the gallery that go all the way back to the Palladium days in the late 1990's.
